A rider comes forward on a horse draped in cloth, wearing a laurel wreath, with a second wreath fixed to the wand he carries.
He is elevated. Everyone else in the card is on foot, and they are walking with him rather than watching from a distance.
Five wands are raised around him by the people beside the horse. His is the sixth. Five is the number of the previous card, the struggle, and the same wands are now being carried in procession.
The conflict is over and this is what came out of it.
The wreath is on his head and on the wand both.
The recognition is being worn and displayed at once.
His face is calm. Nothing here is triumphant in an ugly way.
It is somebody who did the work and is now being acknowledged for it.
